In the gadget department, Buy.com has a short term sale on Bluetooth headsets. As I write this the current price is under $30; a bargain for these devices. It's just what you need to use Skype or iChat on your Powerbook.
Also in the gadget department, a company named Hokeyspokes has released a product that turns bicycle wheels into glowing works of art. You need to see this to believe it. We found the product on Gizmodo.
The Gartner Group, a computer industry research orgainzation has joined on the ""spyware is coming to OS X" bandwaggon. The story is covered today on news.com.
Slashdot is reporting on "Gimpshop", a new front end to the open source photo editing program, GIMP. According to the posting on Slashdot, the new package provides a "photoshop like" user interface. We'll tell you more once the slashdot effect is over, and we can download a copy to evaluate.
We end todays podcast, as usual, with a song. Today's tune is from a singer songwritter from Birmingham, West Midlands, in the UK. The band is called "Lucifer and Gabriel" and the tune is called "Solstice Eve".
Tomorrow is you-know-what day. Don't take things at face value. We're hoping to celebrate with a visit from the head fool himself.
